For a remix contest on LabelRadar I created a remix of “The Other Side” from Le Diiva & JackEL Beats. I created a harder version than the original.

27. Januar / January 27th
On January 27th, 2025 my son’s best friend died in a car accident. I was also deeply affected by the event.
I wrote the song January 27th and my son presented it to the grieving family. They were excited but couldn’t understand the English text.
Therefore I created a German version. However, I was not emotionally able to sing these lyrics. I kept crying.
That’s why I asked the Berlin singer Andrea Gliesche to sing the German lyrics.
The song was played at the funeral on February 7th, 2025.
I decided to release an EP with the German and English versions as well as an instrumental and a karaoke version.

Missing You Tonight
This time it was really crazy. I downloaded the stems from LabelRadar for the remix contest of “Missing You Tonight” from Nate VanDeusen & Abraham Colona and created a fast hard dance remix. When finished I checked again the submission date.
I was shocked when I saw that the remix should be in the house genre. To have any chance I created a second remix as required of genre house.
The hard dance remix will be published on 2025-02-21.
