This is the music I created by myself. I am the (main) composer.
After a travel to Milan/Italy where I met friends and colleagues, I travelled back home by train. I had a lot of time to compose this song and put my experience and my time with them into lyrics. It was hot, we walked around many hours, feet were burning. Nevertheless it was worth to meet them again after more than two years.

Some time ago my friend XLAB presented an instrumental version of “The Electric Dolphin” in our music production group. He asked who wants to have the stems and MIDI. I said, “Yes, I would like to try to create my own version”. I was finished with it and thought that something is missing. So wrote lyrics for this track to make it much better.

This song has been triggered by a mobile operator who wanted to charge us a lot of money if we exceed the pooled data volume over six months. We could manage the subscriptions in a way that we stayed, on average, 38 MB below the expensive threshold.

On January 27th, 2025 my son’s best friend died in a car accident. I was also deeply affected by the event.
I wrote the song January 27th and my son presented it to the grieving family. They were excited but couldn’t understand the English text.
Therefore I created a German version. However, I was not emotionally able to sing these lyrics. I kept crying.
That’s why I asked the Berlin singer Andrea Gliesche to sing the German lyrics.
The song was played at the funeral on February 7th, 2025.
I decided to release an EP with the German and English versions as well as an instrumental and a karaoke version.

Some time ago Delphina Sato contacted me and asked if she can create an instrumental remix of Diversity I released in May 2021. I sent her the stems that are required to create a remix. Without my knowledge she also asked other producers to create remixes. Last July she presented to me the results.
But the pride month June was already over. The motto of the song would match to it. I decided to postpone the release of the remix EP to the this year.
In the meantime I also thought it would be nice to create a remix of my own song. I have got so many experience in music production over the last years. Therefore it would make sense to add also a remix to the EP.
I don’t know exactly when, maybe it was during the Vienna Years Concert last January, I got the inspiration to create also a classic version of Diversity.
Finally I also remastered the original song and put it as a reference onto the EP “Diversity (The Remixes)”.

Easter 2020. Corona Lockdown in Austria. Actually a time spent with family and friends. Children are looking for Easter baskets and gifts – sweets for the little ones and banknotes for the older ones.
I can’t remember exactly, but the country song “Glory Hallelujah (John Brown’s Body)” came to mind. We also sang it (or at least a German version of it) in church as children and teenagers. I liked this upbeat and happy song then.
However, I reopened and revised my 4 year old project for Eastern 2024.

The original version of this song was created in the Corona year 2020. I just wanted to get the frustration of lockdowns and incidence numbers off my soul – and this was the result. Like everyone I wanted back to normality.
Years later (end of 2023) I reopened the project and rearranged and remastered this previously unreleased track. And when I look at the current situation of our planet (war, terror and climate disaster), this track is more relevant than ever.
